A great success for the presentation of Caregiver Motherfucker! at the Bordighera BookFestival
Yuri and Lorenzo, Lorenzo and Yuri. Two friends, a de facto couple, a caregiver and a motherfucker, a nihilist (Lorenzo) and a super-optimist (Yuri), an actor (Yuri) and a writer (Lorenzo). In short, Yuri and Lorenzo are all this and much more. Spending time with them is such a whirlwind that, at times, it almost leaves you breathless.
And if we add to these two personalities a skilled speaker like Alessandro Arcodia – actor, content creator and artistic director – someone who knows how to modulate his tone and control the timing as if he were on set, the mix becomes explosive: humour and light-heartedness, a little swearing (just enough) and a good dose of wisdom. Not too much, but enough.
The reason for the event? The presentation of Caregiver Motherfucker!, the book by Lorenzo Clemente published by La Nave di Teseo, at the Bordighera BookFestival last August.
How did it go? With these three, success was practically guaranteed.
